1-Shipping destinations
peerappa ships globally, but there are some countries we can’t deliver to due to legal or shipping carrier restrictions.

We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:

Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
Russia
Belarus
Ecuador
Cuba
Iran
Syria
North Korea
Please note, that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.

Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Oct 26, 2022):

Bhutan
Brunei
Chad
Laos
Libya
Mongolia
Samoa
South Sudan
Timor-Leste

2-What size should I order?
We have sizing charts for every individual product in the description.

3-When will I receive my order?
Please allow up to 5-10 days for us to print and fulfill your order, prior to shipment. We typically had print all of our garments after you order, to keep our company footprint as small as possible (and invest less in inventory). Unfortunately, this does mean it may take us a bit longer to ship your order, especially during the Christmas holiday season.

4-Are all products in an order shipped together?
Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products we may ship separately:

snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, and visors
backpacks
mugs, wine tumblers, and pint glasses
postcards and stickers
pillows with stuffing
posters
framed posters
canvas
bean bag cases
water bottles
notebooks
blankets
In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.

5-Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do! See our shipping policy for more information. Most orders arrive in approximately 5 business days. A customs duty fee may be applied when you receive your order. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot reimburse you for this expense.
We are not responsible for any conversion rates charged by your credit card company, PayPal, or any other payment company.

6-Can I change my order?
Yes, but only if you let us know within 12 hours of placing your order. Within that time frame, we can make changes to colour, size, quantity and add or remove items. We do not make changes on Gift Cards.

7-Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns that are requested within 14 days of your order being delivered. We accept most exchanges and returns as long as the item is still in like-new condition and hasn’t been visibly worn. Please email us to initiate the return process. To minimize the risk of returns, we recommend viewing our size & fit guide before placing your order. We do not accept returns on Gift Cards.

8-Where do I send my return items to?
Once you’ve started the return process by emailing us and we approve the return, please ship your return items to the same adress on the Packing slip


Please note that return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Once you’ve shipped your return items, please confirm with us via email. Thank you!
