Shipping Policy
Kindly be informed that all orders are produced on-demand. Typically, there exists a 5–10-day timeframe during which the items you have ordered are being printed and readied for dispatch.
Upon receiving your order, there is a possibility of incurring a customs duty fee. Unfortunately, we have no jurisdiction over this matter and are unable to reimburse you for such expenses. Furthermore, any conversion rates imposed by your credit card company, PayPal, or any other payment service are beyond our responsibility.
Exchanges and returns are generally accepted, provided that the item remains in a condition akin to new and shows no signs of wear. Regrettably, exchanges or returns requested beyond 30 days from the date of order receipt cannot be accommodated. Please note that returns for Gift Cards or Custom Orders will not be accepted.
